ACROSS THE CHANNEL – COURT-CIRCUIT

The two ensembles involved in the project, Birmingham Contemporary Music Group and Court-Circuit, have different ways of working and this fruitful collaboration will open up a dialogue between their respective music approaches: the speed and directness of the Birmingham Contemporary Music Group and Court-Circuit’s more rigorous, exacting ethos. The project also includes students from the Birmingham Conservatory. The programme is deliberately varied and provides an opportunity for English composers to become better known in France and vice versa.
