Within the framework of its 2017 edition dedicated to the bassoon as “Endangered Instrument’’, soundfestival brought together French bassoonist Pascal Gallois and Scottish new music ensemble Red Note, for a program that will demonstrates the bassoon’s expressive richness and the creative vitality that still surrounds this instrument today.
