Collectif Freddy Morezon
Future Folk Stories is inspired by the BBC Ballads of the 1950s that revolutionised the concept of musical documentary on the radio. This concert is shaped like a radio documentary, mixing acoustic instruments and concrete sounds, electroacoustic sound treatment and the evocative force of the voice in its multiple form. It involves five improvising musicians: Robin Fincker (FR), Mathieu Werchowski (FR), Dave Kane (UK), Natasha Muslera (FR) and Fabien Duscombs (FR). The goal of the project is to question the concept of linear time in music as well as the stylistic labelling of contemporary music.
