Festival Page Blanche
Esprit Submergé is a collaborative project with the British composer Luke Styles and Page Blanche, a singular and unique string quartet, fostering cultural exchange between French and British artists and audiences, with performances at Festivals in France and the UK. Luke is drawn to the unique timbres and colours offered by the string quartet Page Blanche, thanks to its singular instrumentation (violin, viola, cello, and double bass). The concert title, Bill Evans et ses maîtres, encapsulates the idea of composers inspiring and learning from one another. This process is brought up to date with the new commission Esprit submergé. The concert includes works of Bill Evans, Debussy, Bach, Luke Styles, Poulenc, Ravel.
