« Modernité musicale, le Beau et le Sublime » is a conference cycle organised by soundfestival and Aberdeen University. 17 conferences, two lunchtime concerts and two night concerts on this subject took place during the weekend. Among the artists were Ensemble Alternance (in residency) and British pianist Ian Pace.
